General production time: 7 working days.

Custom order service: 15 working days for 14K/18K pure gold jewelry; 18 working days for 925 sterling silver (gold plated), platinum or palladium jewelry.

Shipping time:

USA: Delivery in 5-7 working days after production is completed.

Other regions: Delivery in 7-12 working days after production is completed.

Note: The courier may not be able to deliver on weekends.
